Focus Group Discussion with LKIM

From February 8th to 10th, 2026, my team and I spearheaded a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) session with key stakeholders from Lembaga Kemajuan Ikan Malaysia (LKIM). The primary objective was to gather comprehensive User Requirement Specifications (URS) for the re-development of two critical systems: e-Nelayan and e-Isytihar.

The e-Nelayan and e-Isytihar systems serve as the digital lifelines for the fisheries ecosystem. They are not merely administrative tools; they facilitate registration, catch declarations, and subsidy management, processes that directly impact the livelihoods of our fishermen and the nation's food security.
